We begin with a free 30 minute consultation. A relaxed chat where we explore what’s weighing on you, what you’re ready to shift, and what you hope to create.
It’s also a chance to feel into our connection and ensure the support feels right for you.
Sessions are available in-person in the Bath/Wiltshire area or online, offering flexible, holistic support designed for women who are ready to choose themselves.
One Off Walk and Talk
£75
A somatic, trauma-informed walk-and-talk coaching session that gently helps you untangle what’s on your mind, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your inner guidance through supportive conversation and mindful movement in nature.
A 75 minute walk in nature, on the farm or nearby.
Gentle coaching and exploration with movement to settle your nervous system.
Walk and Talk Package
£275
A Walk & Talk package designed to explore patterns, reshape old beliefs, regulate your nervous system, and build momentum towardS meaningful, sustainable change.
A series of 4 Walk & Talks on Marsh Farm or nearby.
Coaching in motion to explore patterns and integrate practices.
Weekly reflection prompts and support between sessions.
The Sanctuary
£149 pcm
Everything included in the Walk and Talk package PLUS:
Monthly in-person sessions, on the farm or nearby. Minimum 4 month commitment.
Weekly, consistent guidance and connection through voice note coaching.

Why coaching matters to me
With over 25 years of working closely with humans, I bring a deeply informed, trauma-sensitive approach to coaching.
My background includes a BEd, specialist CPD in Specific Learning Differences and Neurodiversity and Impactful Coaching, as well as an NPQ in Coaching and Leading Professional Development.
Alongside this, my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, trauma-informed practice within SEMH education, and further study in somatics and nervous system-led work shape the way I support clients today.
This extensive training and experience has taught me that real change begins in the body not just in the classroom or studio. That people open up more fully when they feel safe, seen, and without pressure.
This is why my coaching happens through grounding walk and talk sessions and gentle weekly voice note support: spacious, human, real world packages that let you breathe, process, integrate, and move at the pace your nervous system can hold.
My work weaves education, coaching, and embodied practice into one intuitive space where you can feel supported as you navigate change in a way that feels achievable, sustainable, and truly yours.
