Rest is not a luxury, it is a medicine.

Move your brain out of high alert and into deep, subconscious healing.

I see you – you’re the woman carrying everything.

You wake up already feeling anxious or mentally exhausted.

You have endless ‘to do’ lists whirling around in your head, especially when you try to relax?

You get told to ‘let go’ and you have a deep need to, but you haven’t got a clue how.

Yoga Nidra, often referred to as Non Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR) is a powerful, guided practice designed to help calm an overwhelmed nervous system and reduce anxiety by creating the conditions for deep rest.

Combining ancient wisdom with modern research, studies suggest that Yoga Nidra may help reduce stress, support emotional wellbeing, improve sleep and encourage states of deep relaxation. Research has also explored its potential effects on brainwave acitivity and mood, helping to explain why many people end their practice feeling calmer, less anxious and very rested.

My trauma informed approach to Yoga Nidra combines breath awareness and somatic practices with Nidra, to help you reconnect with your body in a way that feels safe, supportive and accessible.

Throughout the practice you’ll be invited to follow what feels right for you, with choice and autonomy at the heart of the experience. It’s magical.

You don’t need to sit cross-legged and try to ’empty’ your mind, you just need a comfortable space to rest and a willingness to receive. No experience necessary!

Enter your details below and I’ll send you one of my signature Night Time Nidra recordings, so you can experience the sanctuary of this rest in your own home.

3 Minutes of Calm

Night Time Nidra

Night Time Nidra Club

There comes a point when dipping in and out of the odd Yoga Nidra or free meditation no longer reaches the same place, and something in you begins to desire something more consistent and that supports a deeper kind of rest.

The truth is that deep sleep, reduced anxiaty and a more settled nervous system rarely comes from the odd single practice. These come from regular practice and commitment.

If you find yourself lying awake ‘clock watching’, making lists in your head (or worse, doom scrolling – we’ve all done it!) I’d like to welcome you into the Night Time Nidra Club

Once a month we gather live on a Sunday evening for a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra practice. Then for the rest of the month, you’ll have access to the recording to return to whenever you need it; whether that’s every day, or once a week. It’s up to you.

Over time the body begins to recognise the practice and so the mind and body both settle more quickly, resulting in faster and deeper benefits to your whole self.

It is a beautiful thing.

In the words of my clients…

Amazing. Lucy, your voice and words are a balm, and you have such a talent for this. Especially the imagery and how you develop it. Thank you from me and the missus for helping us through a very stressful time. We can’t wait for your next series!

S Kelly (USA)

Just finished listening to it. I loved the safety aspect of this one. The soft blanket and feeling of warmth. So cosy and relaxing. Just what I needed today.

C Rendell (UK)

Thank you so much for this series, Lucy. I’ve enjoyed it very much and benefitted from the moments of pause and rest. The final Nidra was beautiful and I will definitely find a moment to listen to it again over the holidays…
