There comes a point when dipping in and out of the odd Yoga Nidra or free meditation no longer quite reaches the same place, and something in you begins to recognise a desire for something more consistent and that supports a deeper kind of rest.
When you find yourself noticing that you can’t sleep, or feeling anxious as you clock watch at night, I invite you to join me.
We gather and practice together once a month on a Sunday for a live Yoga Nidra session.* Afterwards you get to listen as much as you wish before the next gathering.
It’s time to offer yourself consistent deeper sleep and a more regulated nervous system over time.
