“Yoga is the perfect opportunity to be curious about who you are.”
Baron Baptiste

As an educator and yoga practitioner for over 25 years, I’ve cultivated a deep respect for what a regular yoga practice can offer: strength, resilience, emotional regulation, and the chance to rewrite your story. Allow me to be your guide as you lean into your practice, find your edge, and feel fully held in the process.

Lucy’s yoga classes are gorgeous!… I would really recommend her hot yoga. There’s something really special about the energy Lucy creates and the feeling you get at the end of a class.

Hot Vinyasa, Warm Hatha and Restorative Yoga

Different styles of yoga support different nervous system states.

Together, these practices provide a holistic toolkit for fitness, relaxation, emotional wellbeing, and lasting self-connection.

Hot Vinyasa Yoga

Hot Vinyasa Yoga builds heat, strength, and energy, helping release tension often linked with the body’s ‘fight’ response. Perfect for when you want to move your body and awaken presence. Leave feeling energised and ready for the day and week ahead.

Warm Hatha

Warm Hatha classes invite grounding, balance, and calm, supporting the body’s natural rhythms and easing stress. With focus on breath, strength and flexibility. Often combined with Restorative poses and themed around the seasons.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga focuses on nervous system regulation and body awareness, allowing space for deep rest and emotional release. For when your body’s ‘flight’ response is activated.

Picture cosy, comfortable props; stillness and peace.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra (Yogic sleep) is woven through workshops and Healing Hatha classes to invite relaxation, restoration, and emotional regulation.

Nidra is a main feature of my Restorative Rituals workshops as well as weekly Hatha classes.

Community classes for Educators

I know first hand what it is like working in Education. Over the years I worked in schools I experienced burnout and overwhelm and the impact this had on areas of my life.

This is why, for anyone working in any role in Education, I hold donation based drop-in classes. A blend of Yin and Restorative yoga that offers a supportive, inclusive space to pause, restore and close your tabs for the weekend. I see you.

Workshops and Seasonal Practice

Alongside regular classes, I hold seasonal workshops and soul-nourishing practices that honour the shifts of the year:

  • Grounding winter practices by candlelight.
  • Energising spring awakenings.
  • Specialised themes such as Yoga for Menopause.
  • Yoga Nidra sessions for deep physical and emotional restoration.

Private and Small Group Sessions

If you’re new to yoga or finding your way back, private sessions offer a safe, personalised way to build confidence and feel at ease in your body. You’ll get focused guidance, support to learn the foundations, and a home practice plan to help you grow between sessions.

What my students say:

Wow! Hot vinyasa! I love it.
I absolutely love Lucy’s Hot Vinyasa Flow under the infrared heat! The warmth feels amazing – it helps me move deeper and release all the tension from the week. Lucy’s energy and guidance make every class feel welcoming, challenging, and grounding. I always leave feeling strong, calm, and refreshed.

I cannot rate Lucy enough as a yoga teacher, she is everything I was looking for… with her excellent delivery of progressive movements and variations along the way. I personally love Lucy’s calm and soothing tone and her invitations to just do you!

T Gullis (UK)

I started classes with Lucy last Autumn. It was my first experience of hot yoga and I am a total convert. The studio is beautifully done and well equipped. I always feel better after I’ve been.

My Yoga Journey

My yoga journey began with a local Hatha teacher on the Isle of Wight, where I first realised how deeply movement and breath could support me.

Years later, I discovered a truly transformative practice, Hot Power Yoga. In a tiny studio in Barrington, Rhode Island the heat, the voice of my teacher, the story, the pigeon pose cracked me open.

That studio changed everything. It taught me how to come home to myself, to feel deeply into who I am, and to find my way back again.

On returning to the UK, I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and began teaching classes alongside my full-time role in education, until it became clear it was time to shift my teaching focus from the classroom to the mat.

A transition which allowed me to bring everything I know about humans, safety, connection, and nervous system support into the heart of my yoga practice.

I went on to deepen my study into Yoga for Menopause, Trauma Informed practice, and a dedicated self-study in Yoga Nidra, a practice that continues to shape the way I teach and the spaces I create.

Across everything I offer, my intention is the same: to create safety, connection, and a place where people can soften, breathe, and rediscover their Self. I have always loved working with humans, and my teaching is rooted in gentleness, nervous system support, and an invitation to rest and return to who you truly are beneath the noise.
